To do so, we pulled recent replies to @AOC, @IlhanMN, @SpeakerPelosi, @JoeBiden, and @ElonMusk and scored the profile pics of the accounts replying with the algorithm described in this thread:
The first account we noticed was @AishaHa88298072 (permanent ID 1270531817012187137), a fake #BlackLivesMatter account with 16 tweets worth of racist replies and conspiracy barflegarble.

Next up, we have @rathman_john (permanent ID 1282307710055325701). Created earlier this month (July 2020), its interests include trolling prominent Democratic political figures and pushing the claim that all civil rights progress in the USA is due to Republicans.

Next up is another July 2020 creation, @TheDrJAnderson (permanent ID 1282083076261257218). This account presents itself as a @JoeBiden supporter and attacks @AOC and @BernieSanders, with occasional tweets about South African politics thrown in for good measure.

Onward to @AmericoFlag (ID 1271811484365074432), an account born June 2020 with a GAN-generated face that trolls prominent left-wing accounts. @AmericoFlag expresses glee at violence against protesters and destruction of cities, and blames Democrats for, well, everything.

Next up we have @NovellePrize (permanent ID 1260022521056784384), an account with a GAN-generated face pic that claims to be a reluctant Biden supporter, but doesn't miss a chance to call Biden a Republican or speculate that he will die in office.
