2. On its duty to its members, the NBA must cater for their welfare as well champion policies that will enable lawyers thrive in their careers. While to the society, the NBA has a duty to protect the Rule of Law. #DASANforNBA #ABarForAll #NBAdecides2020 #securethefuture
3. On both counts,there is still much to be desired as members of the Association still yearn for adequate welfare policies such as good pay,professional development and a productive eco – system within which to offer their services. #DASANforNBA #NBAdecides2020 #securethefuture
4. On the NBA’s duty to society, the public has lost confidence in our system of justice administration, the rule of law is trampled on with gross impunity, court orders are wantonly disobeyed and due process is seemingly abandoned. #NBAdecides2020 #securethefuture

36. For our colleagues with disabilities, I recognise that disability rights are now human rights and we must champion the cause of our members with disabilities in particular and persons with disabilities in general.

41. Within 90 days, the NBA shall organise a broad based Justice Reform Summit of all stake-holders in the justice sector to critically appraise and constructively recommend ways for a better, functional, assuring, speedy and satisfactory administration of justice.
42. On the Rule Of Law and independence of the judiciary, the NBA under my leadership shall be bold and courageous. We shall vigorously and defend independence of the Judiciary, the independence of Lawyers and Judges, the oppressed, the abused, the cheated, the weak and the poor.
