BREAKING: VCU President Michael Rao released a statement about damage to the campus during last night’s demonstrations. About 80 windows in a dozen buildings were broken, he said, at an estimated cost of $100,000.
Furniture was dragged into the streets from university buildings, the release stated, and several sites were tagged with graffiti.
