The chocolate is slightly salty, but unlike those that come embedded with crystals of sea salt, the saltiness is uniform here. Deliciously so.

Monocultures, as the world today is almost entirely reduced to, are boring (not to mention dangerous and unsustainable). The earth is meant for diversity. Why not have camel, donkey and a range of other dairy in addition to cow and buffalo dairy?
