#SinglecellVR supports clustering and trajectory inference results from Scanpy, Episcanpy, PAGA (from @fabian_theis lab), Seurat (from @satijalab) and STREAM (from our lab!) thanks to the companion scvr package (pip install scvr) which allows you to convert them in a single step! 
#SinglecellVR provides also a growing database
