I don't want to see the kind of access journalism that infects the other two branches come to the Court. I don't want to see the Maggie Haberman of SCOTUS "reporters."

Basically, I'm not here for the "Brett Kavanaugh Rehabilitation Through Leaks" game. That is BS.
LOOK AT WHAT PEOPLE DO, not what they say. The Court has to spell out its logic for doing. That's all we need to know. That maybe they felt super bad about being dicks is irrelevant.

I should quickly add, I'm HERE for leaks about Cert Grant decisions and denials. Judges don't have to explain themselves so... leak away and tell us the explanations.
