Regarding "Compulsory Covid-19 Duty to MBBS Students of Gujarat" which was ordered by Gujarat Gov. and Students went into HC for Justice.

Today, Gujarat HC gave Final Verdict in Favour of State Government and also ordered Gov. to provide Basic Necessities. 1/n
Verdict is given by Bench(Headed by Chief Justice).

Some Main Points :

1)State Gov. is badly in need of Corona Warriors.

2)No discrimination on name of Government and Private Medical College Students. If other states can't make it Compulsory,it doesn't mean that Guj. can't. 2/n Image
3)Regarding MCI letter, Court noticed that it's not applicable to State if State Gov. released its own resolution under Article 162.

This decision is taken by State for Public Interest. So, judiciary can't interfere in this decision of State Government.
