3/ The solution is to find another way to get ballots into the hands of voters, and a way for voters to return them (drop off places, etc.)

14/ At the same time, “Make things in the country even worse so that it will be harder for people to vote,” is not a smart way to win an election . . . but it's the only thing he's got, and he's willing to do it.
15/ As we saw in Wisconsin, the tactics of (1) making things worse and (2) making voting harder are just as likely to make people more determined to vote.

16/ This is what they do⤵️They make you go through extra unnecessary steps. It doesn't work if voters are determined enough. "Check your registration" is first on my to-do list.
