Right now you can get a CLIA waver (and rapid tests have *not* gotten wavers yet) but even if you *do* get a waver you can't sell to anyone, but only to "trained and designated" people!

At 12:35 in the video, @michaelmina_lab tells us that there is already a pathway in the FDA for over-the-counter tests, the *only* problem is that the sensitivity requirements for these tests are the same as for diagnostic tests.
In other words, the fix is to change one number!!
