It helps to be prepared! Here is a list of useful items to be prepared with in case you have to get home treatment for Covid19:

✅ Fingertip pulse oximeter and thermometer
✅ Electric kettle/flask for hot water
✅ Supplies of prescribed medicines
✅ N95 masks and sanitisers

✅ Required plates, cutlery etc.
✅ Required clothes and toiletries for 2 weeks
✅ Detergent, Dish washing liquid, Bathroom cleaner/disinfectant
✅ Garbage bins, one specifically to dispose bio waste

✅ If you are staying alone, make arrangement for food and other emergency supplies to be provided
✅ Have sufficient supply of clean drinking water at disposal
✅ Emergency contacts - doctor, local Covid co-ordinator, medical shop etc.

✅ Keep yourself engaged during the period - have your mobile phone, books, laptop, diary etc. handy.

✅ People want to help you during this period - reach out to family, friends, doctor, neighbour if you need any support during this time! You are not alone in this.
