During Dimonds Court TV exclusive (June 15th 2004) she announced to the world Michael Jackson paid $25million dollars to the Chandler family
Shortly after, Dimond sent a "supposedly" fully redacted copy of the settlement to Associated Press, but did NOT redact the $15,331.250

In the days following the “bombshell exclusive” other media outlets, not affiliated with AP & who did not receive a copy of the settlement, simply echoed Dimonds claims that Jackson paid $25million without any verification.

It’s not about what is there, it’s about what isn’t. What is not there is a breakdown of any additional monies to be paid by Jackson at the time the settlement was signed. There is no other amounts redacted/pages missing at that point in the settlement as the allocations were

In August 05, soon after the MJ trial, Dimonds Court TV contract was announced that it would not be renewed. Although, she had until December with the network, she choose to leave immediately after the news of her release. She claimed it was on good terms but I’m not so sure.

Why did Diane take off so quickly the way she did? There was some obvious hurt feelings because she didn’t earn the permanent spot she had hoped for. She begged court TV to give her a chance and report on the Michael Jackson allegations.
