I just want to shout out to all the loud, angry autistics out there - autistics who have experienced trauma, who wear their emotions raw, who don't trust neurotypicals - what you feel and what you say and what you have to offer is valid as fuck and you are so important.
We all have apart to play in pushing down the doors guarding the narrative that we have been excluded from for so long: the calm talkers, the angry ranters, the understanding educators, the take-no-bulshitters, and everyone in between.
If we look at any other liberation movement, 'being nice' or 'asking nicely' alone has not got us where we need to go. Anger and passion and mistrust and fury and sarcasm and a strong urge for justice and no bullshit are an important part of the picture.
