•Your body will have more glycemic excursions, stress responses on blood sugars will exacerbate

•as you gain weight, fatty liver and diabetes worsen
•This is why the focus on calories needs to stop. It is missing the point
•Focusing on calories does nothing to address this paradigm, it doesn’t address hunger
•I will retrain my profession with this approach in mind. IT IS THE WAY FORWARD.
