As @NDesRosiers so eloquently (and passionately) expresses, a Section 1 challenge of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms shifts the burden of proof to the government. It puts the public in a different position. This is worth a watch:
To me, this isn't about determining an "ideal" class size. Who knows what that is? To me, this is about forcing the @fordnation to come clean with the Ontario public around the evidence it is using and the decisions that it is making.
It's about ensuring the health and safety of citizens are held in the highest regard and that we come to terms with what we really mean by the "public" in public education. @Anniekidder @parentaction4ed
