2/ Rather than focusing on that, we should be encouraging people to vote early, in person. Early because it will be safer (less crowded than Election Day bc there are lots of early days to vote), and in person because the vote will be harder to just "disappear."...
3/ Yes, there is some COVID risk, but not that much if you mask and social distance measures are in place (they will be). This election is crucial to the country's future. If that is not worth risking it, I'm not sure what is. Do NOT rely on mail if you have an in person option.
