--> Fact: this would be possible for only 8% of homes as proposed, and an even lower percentage would desire to do so

Another ex. of bias in the survey ltr:
“The new units would not necessarily be affordable”
→ Fact: the proposal allows for smaller homes “by-right,” & likely at far less than $1.2M avg price of a single fam home in Newton bc size guidelines. It expands “missing middle” housing.
