At @Article3Project, we're drafting legislation to "reform" the DC U.S. District Court--the worst of the worst.

Maybe we get rid of the (unconstitutional) DC Superior Court, make current DC U.S. District Court judges handle DC street crimes, cut their budgets, and randomly draw U.S. judges from across America to sit by designation for all other DC cases?

On 6/22/22, Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart recused from Trump’s civil lawsuit against Hillary (re Crossfire Hurricane).

After 2017 Facebook post bashing Trump.

Six weeks later, Reinhart ordered Trump’s unprecedented raid (to get back Crossfire Hurricane presidential records).
Jay Bratt and the FBI DC’s hit squad ran the Mar-a-Lago raid.

Jay Bratt became Jack Smith’s top deputy to prosecute Trump.

In other words, the same team that ran the corrupt Crossfire Hurricane hit on Trump ran the corrupt coverup and prosecution.

Democrat Manhattan Judge Juan Merchan—who donated to Trump’s opponents and whose adult daughter Loren is raising money off of this bogus case—once again proves he is partisan, corrupt, and dangerous.

The Supreme Court must end this immediately.

Think about the precedent here:

A partisan, corrupt, dangerous local judge in a partisan city can sentence the President-elect 10 days before his inauguration, after a bogus trial that will never survive appeal.

We don’t need Marxist judges importing their third-world tactics.
Soros-funded Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, Obama-Biden senior political operative Matthew Colangelo, and corrupt Democrat Manhattan Judge Juan Merchan (whose daughter Loren worked for Biden and Kamala, along with making money off her father’s bogus Trump trial—requiring Judge Merchan’s recusal) diverted a substantial amount of law-enforcement resources to go after Trump.

They did this while Manhattan residents faced a violent crime wave.

And a rigged, partisan Manhattan jury found Trump guilty of 34 felonies for the non-felony of a businessman settling a nuisance claim and putting it into his private books as a legal expense (how else would you label it?).

Bragg, Colangelo, and Merchan now say Trump isn’t going to serve any jail time and will get fully discharged.

Translation:

They are admitting these 34 felonies aren’t real felonies.

This was always about lawfare and election interference.

The American people delivered our verdict on November 5th.

Bragg, Colangelo, and Merchan lost.

And they must face severe legal, political, and financial consequences for their criminal conspiracy against Trump.
