Williamstown opened in 1859. The line to Williamstown pier was in use from 1857, Williamstown Pier station was open in 1905. Williamstown Beach was originally called Beach, name changed 1915.

This loco 0-6-0 is either 103 or 105 (unclassed), the 2nd & 3rd engines built by VR at Williamstown.

This loco 0-6-0 is number 105 the third loco built by VR at Williamstown. The other similar loco built the same time number 103 was scrapped in 1921.

Not dated however Geelong junction renamed Williamstown Junction 1869 (renamed Newport 1881).
