UNACCOUNTED DEATHS: in Arizona’s largest county @Garrett_Archer finding there are 600 unaccounted deaths in July.

New preliminary state data in Maricopa County:

⚫️ July 2019: 2,656
🔴 July 2020: 4,540

I asked about the unaccounted deaths: ⬇️
For those asking about COVID-19 deaths and how they are counted.

Maricopa Co. health says that counting deaths around a certain timeframe is a standard practice in public health. "We follow state and federal standards to ensure that all state and local health departments are..
counting deaths the same."
For those asking since this tweet seems to have blown up:
1. The source is Maricopa Co health PIO
2. This is a direct statement to me from a media inquiry. It is not a lie.
3. There is no link to this because I did not do a story, it was a follow up question via email.
4. I know many are taking this response and turning it into how Covid is fraud because of how deaths are counted in a certain timeframe of a positive test.
5. Since some seem to think this means if you’re in an accident and tested positive for COVID, you’d be counted as a...
Covid death. That is not what this says... but @Garrett_Archer has reached out to officials for even more clarification.

I hope then @HomelandKen RTs that clarification response too.
Sorry to continue this thread. But, it appears everyone has a little more answer than prior official

Pima Co., AZ health officials say, the hypothetical question of positive test, then a death like fatal crash, that person is included in case counts NOT in COVID-19 death counts
