1. I applied for asylum here in 2016. It's 2020 and I still don't have it.
2. If I was an agent, I would have residency and some cushy job and paycheck. Instead I live by the kindness of my readers and supporters, literally none of whom are Russian nor live in Russia.

3. Due to our lack of legal status, my kids haven't been able to go to school here, I can't get a job or earn money in Russia even if I wanted to, and I never know whether I'll still have a country to live in on any given day. Clue: that's not what life is like for 'agents'.
4. I was actually the first journalist to ever point out and highlight the hundreds of thousands of WikiLeaks documents exposing various Russian misdeeds. My long form article on the subject was shared by Julian Assange multiple times over the years
5. In my infamous article 'Being Julian Assange', which was read by over a 1/4 million people (on my site alone, let alone everywhere it was republished), I further highlighted findings on Russian security agencies from the WikiLeaks files.

7. I am notoriously stubborn. Security agencies in NZ threw everything they had at me and I wouldn't cave. I can guarantee you I won't cave to the security agencies of any other country either. I long ago committed to my activism no matter what the cost.

10. What happened to Navalny, which seems sparse on details to say the least, is horrific and I feel very sorry for him. That said, it makes very little sense to me that Putin would choose the precise moment that the world's eyes are on Belarus/Russia, to do it.
10a. If he wanted to take out Navalny, he could have done it at any point in prior years. Why wait til such an occurrence is of maximum benefit to the West? I don't get it.

10b. Remember? Obama said a chemical attack would be a red line for the US to invade - and voila, a chemical attack happens. Assad is blamed, even though it was of zero benefit to him to perpetrate a chemical attack, the West falsified evidence via OPCW & nearly got away with it.
