Some take aways from AYUSH secretary video
1. Hindi imposition is wide open
2. No use of digital India (no simultaneous/automated translations)
3. Non Hindis promote more Hindi than Hindi speakers themselves
4. All those who condemn at political levels ask for Eng, but they shud seek either simultaneous translation or different sessions for different groups at next level
5. Understanding on special status to Hindi at all levels is little less (some see this as an isolated incident)
6. People should abstract these, not see this as an issue with that one officer at Chennai airport or one secretary in union govt office (at personal levels). They do these because they have support from the union govt.
In fact these union govt officers will be receiving 'Hindi bhasha Vikas puraskar' awards in September for promoting Hindi. We should point our voices towards articles 120, 210, 343 - 351, 394a of the constitution in parallel.
And I strongly believe a non Hindi (or a group of/all non Hindi speakers) will be responsible for bringing a change. No surprise CJI (being Marathi/Maharastrian) thought this way in this issue.

TN state ~25K buses for 6.7 population. Even with this there was (relatively little) mismanagement last week, UP has ~11K buses population for 20.4 crores. Locking down a state which primarily depends on train (by blocking trains/ not considering alternatives) will lead to this
Bangalore has unskilled TN labor primarily from Tiruvannamalai district (But for them Chennai, Coimbatore, Tiruppur are equally other options). But for UP & Bihar people, only main option is Delhi, else farway MH (Mumbai) etc.
Insecurity feeling (apart from economic feelings) also comes as there is no sub national linguistic media/govt. There is no media to talk for you continuously.

One of my friends from interior (NE)-KA just sent me a message -

"Some have thought it to be some astronomical event like eclipse where things turn normal after the event.

Many in my village completely locked there house with zero ventilation since yesterday night." 😐
These people are not sanghis, but many are not aware of what is the exact situation. Language TV channels instead of doing puranas should educate people. We are lagging in this aspect.
5PM event has really created an impression in minds of people that things are now alright. (Say in above tweet - as if this is an eclipse)
