TN state ~25K buses for 6.7 population. Even with this there was (relatively little) mismanagement last week, UP has ~11K buses population for 20.4 crores. Locking down a state which primarily depends on train (by blocking trains/ not considering alternatives) will lead to this
Bangalore has unskilled TN labor primarily from Tiruvannamalai district (But for them Chennai, Coimbatore, Tiruppur are equally other options). But for UP & Bihar people, only main option is Delhi, else farway MH (Mumbai) etc.
Insecurity feeling (apart from economic feelings) also comes as there is no sub national linguistic media/govt. There is no media to talk for you continuously.
We have seen Tamilnadu bhavans, Telangana bhavans or even MP homes in Delhi being used by representatives to help 'their' people at this crisis. What were UP CM/ministers doing? Ayodhya, Ramayanam etc.
