PS/ Most schools are just moving in students now—which is why we lack data from most colleges. Note that Michigan State actually shut down pre-semester due to its summer outbreak. Some schools conducted their testing over the summer; the dates here are how long they've been open.

CORRECTION/ It should read "UNIVERSITY OF CHARLESTON," not "COLLEGE OF CHARLESTON." Those are two different schools.

NOTE/ Todd has a message for readers of this thread. Todd says the appearance of 600 cases of a virus within 7 days of a dense community congregating for the beginning of a 15-week semester is negligible as—he implies—community spread of a virus is linear rather than exponential.

NOTE2/ Todd also implies that, as University of Alabama is *quite large*, somehow that fact is a *positive* one for University of Alabama—despite the fact that the definitely *geometric* spread of a virus via community transmission is likely *worse* in a larger, denser community.

NOTE3/ Todd also says, contra the CDC and every medical expert in America, that asymptomatic people can't spread the virus. I guess my question for readers of this thread is, what sort of orange-faced monster who doesn't care about human life would put these ideas in Todd's head?
