Target Share:
Arizona: once upon a time, Fitz was everything. Now there's no more Carson Palmer.

Murray/Hopkins might bring that max back up again.
Atlanta: a pass-heavy team, with Julio monopolizing Ryan's eyes year after year. Ridley is ready to jump.
Baltimore: Hollywood Brown truthers expect his breakout or so. But the reality is that this team loves to run the ball and distribute passes to whoever fits the scheme, either a bunch of average WRs or a pass-catcher TE.
Buffalo: Zach Moss has a lot to explore, although Singletary's numbers match RB1 averages.

Diggs is coming to cut into those numbers; where is he fitting here?
Carolina: that max TS dropping alongside CMC's career is another view on #22's prominence.

But the good thing to see here is DJ Moore's average, higher than McCaffrey's. Let's see if Teddy B keeps that.
Chicago: Robinson thrives anywhere as we can see, because I see the Bears looking for another starter QB for next year.

I hope Montgomery gets healthy ASAP. If not, Cohen might see even more targets in neutral and negative scripts.
Cincinnati: Tyler Boyd is a decent guy, and, with a fully healthy AJ Green, he'll help Burrow have a good year.

Mixon might find a good average again this year with a young, talented QB and many hard matchups ahead.
Cleveland: Kareem Hunt is our "WR3". Zero-RB target.

Chubb got matched or beaten every week after Hunt got back from suspension.

Hooper, like Diggs in Buffalo, is looking for his targets among many mouths already fed.
Dallas: I didn't expect to see Gallup have a steadier, higher avg. TS than Cooper's.

If Jarwin or Lamb isn't breaking out* this year, who else?

*Too many targets left by Cobb and Witten.
Denver: Sutton gives you value at good cost (WR25 in @FFCalculator!) .

Sanders is out, Jeudy is in. And Noah Fant seems established and ready to be a top-12 TE.
Detroit: Kenny G got that 52% over there against Denver last year. WR1, with Marvin Jones on his shadow. Good cost here.

I think Amendola is giving away his #3 spot to TJ Hockenson this year.

Whatever happens in the Swift/Kerryon situation, we better avoid.
Green Bay: since Lacy (2014), we didn't saw a Packers RB average 10%+ target share. Aaron Jones did that with Matt LaFleur, hitting the mark in 9/16 games. Interesting.

The abyss between Davante Adams and the rest is what @MattHarmon_BYB is trying to say.
Didn't see*, sorry
Houston: Will Fuller just needs to be healthy to keep the show rolling after Hopkins' departure to Arizona.

Alright, we got Cobb and Cook, but I strongly believe that Fuller has the edge in this WR corps.

The Johnsons will fight ugly for targets, I suppose.
Indianapolis: the stage is set for Rivers to keep feeding TEs and RBs, as usual.

Parris Campbell is a good name to have in mind while Pittman develops.

Is Jonathan Taylor gonna win the backfield battle and be a workhorse? I'm eager to see.
Jacksonville: Chark is a good name as your WR3.

Fournette's numbers are absurd, even for him.

Shenault, if fed, is gonna provide:
Kansas City: interesting how Watkins and Hill are close, though Cheetah produces a lot more.

You can also see why Hardman might be a bust:
LA Chargers: if Mike Williams misses games, Ekeler might actually see a lot of action 👀

Keenan Allen (45% in the slot last year, according to playerprofiler.com) is being drafted in 5th round (by @FFCalculator). What a steal.
LA Rams: RBs and TEs exchanged places. Now Higbee and Everett are the ones we want to know who's gonna be the #3 receiver.

It's too soon to say that Akers (who I like a lot) might fill in for Gurley 2018-wise.
Miami: yeah, Preston Williams beat DeVante Parker some weeks after Ryan Fitzpatrick took over. So his value in draft might be better to get. Unless Tua changes that.

Without Drake, Wilson, Hurns and others, Gesicki and Breida have good spots themselves.
Minnesota: Diggs, the main target, is now gone. That clears the skies for Adam Thielen and Irv Smith.

Important to note that Dalvin Cook averages almost 15% of targets since he entered the league.
New Orleans: there are people doubting Kamara.

@Cantguardmike is a unicorn, period.
New England: whatever happens in 2020, I know that 1) James White will be a factor and 2) any WR has a shot with Newton.

*Antonio Brown played just one game.
NY Giants: Golden Tate is possibly a cheaper asset than Shepard with similar return.

Engram is a stud whenever he's healthy.
NY Jets: Jamison Crowder is LOW on drafts. Enough said.
OAK/LV Raiders: people fear that Waller won't be as good as last year, but his share is too good to pass and won't drastically decrease.

"Jacobs jumping to RB1 target share" poker game? I call.
Philadelphia: if Jeffery comes back, it's up to him to be great.

That drop in max TS suggests that Sanders has a good path to catch more passes.
Pittsburgh: funny that Juju got less targets with worse QBs and Diontae did the opposite.

Chase Claypool might damage James Washington's share this year already.
Seattle: Lockett and Metcalf are solid in Wilson's hands.

Carson is better than most people think.

Olsen has a good shot.
San Francisco: Kittle will set the best TE season ever.

Whatever WR here is good for a flex spot.

RBs? Welp... anything can happen 😅
Tampa Bay: with Brady in town, the assumptions are: Gronk is a top-8 TE for 2020 and Ronald Jones is getting a ton of targets.

Better get Godwin and run.
Tennessee: Delanie, Dion, Tajae...all gone.

We've got to have a WR2 here, why not Corey Davis, people?

Also Jonnu Smith is rising for sure.
Washington: McLaurin is probably the cheapest clear stud I've ever seen, ask @MattHarmon_BYB.
Most of these guys are OUT of the team, and Kelvin Harmon is injured and won't play this season. Who else is gonna get that ball as much as we, fantasy players, like? Yeah,
