You might not be aware there is an 'anti lockdown' protest in Trafalgar Square this Saturday, the 'Unite for Freedom' event. It boasts "Top World Class Doctors & Nurses" which piqued my interest.

A theme through many of my twitter threads & youtube videos is that doctors can be just as big morons as anyone else. Some of the 'doctors' saying social distancing & masks are unnecessary are fake, they're chiropractors or naturopaths. But the sad truth is, many are medical docs
Dolores Cahill is a University College Dublin immunology (I think) professor whose interview where she stated COVID deaths could've been prevented with vitamins & lockdown & social distancing aren't needed went viral. She retains her job at the medical school.
The mononominal Dr Adil, I assume, is Mohammad Iqbal Adil. Consultant surgeon from Oldham, working in the NHS for 30yrs. He posted videos online saying COVID was a conspiracy perpetrated by the global elite to control the world. He has been suspended by the GMC.
Scott Jensen is a republican senator and family doctor, graduating in 1981. He claims he was pressured & hospitals are pressuring staff, into falsifying death certificates to say COVID & to place pts on ventilators for profit and that the virus is no worse than the flu.
Sherri Tenpenny is an osteopathic doctor (remember in the States, that is equivalent to an MD in terms of practice, if not training). She is an anti-vaccination campaigner, maintaining they cause autism. Australia barred her entry in 2015.
Andrew Kaufman is a psychiatrist and natural healing consultant who has a youtube channel where he offers a multitude of pseudoscientific claims including that a COVID vaccine will genetically modify you. He has far fewer youtube subscribers than me, so is less important.
Eric Nepute is a chiropractor.
'Natural Nurse' Kate Shemirani is a nurse in Surrey/Sussex. She alleges COVID is a hoax, but that it's also caused by 5G and Bill Gates is behind it. The event on Saturday is supported by 'Action Against Bill Gates'. She is QAnon/Icke faithful. She has been suspended by the NMC.
Kevin Corbet (sic) appears to be a retired nurse and member of the Immunity Research Foundation, who has a long history of writing about hysteria in public health. He's the first who makes any sensible points but they're couched in conspiratorial nonsense & obfuscation.
Piers Corbyn is not medical at all. He's Jeremy Corbyn's brother and he doesn't believe in climate change. He might be the organiser as he's organised a few of these before.
I detest doctors that spread bullshit, more than any snake oil salesman or Goop CEO, because they legitimise these wild lies.
