And even if Montenegro was a pathfinder, it would mean first sterlingisation, then an informal use of the Euro - both high downside risk, and something you yourself state is unlikely to be voted for because it is so unpopular.
Until you can show if, how and when we would meet the Copenhagen Criteria, perhaps you should only spend your own money on writing these hypothetical fantasy pieces.
