SCOOP: David Kramer, the ex-McCain associate who peddled the dossier, suggested to Steele they "feed" a story about Michael Flynn to WaPo columnist David Ignatius.

Steele does not say what Flynn story Kramer suggested giving Ignatius. But Kramer told House Intel in 2017 that Steele told him that Flynn had a fling with a Russian woman in the U.K.

Closely matches the smear against @RealSLokhova.

Chris Steele's firm just endorsed this story from a pro-Steele reporter, so it's worth viewing. Notably, the story identifies Igor Danchenko as Steele's source, so that's tacit admission from Steele that that's accurate. Mini-thread. spectator.co.uk/article/was-th…
Steele likes to show people Fiona Hill's book touting Danchenko. Funny enough, Hill told Congress that she she nearly fell out of her chair when she heard that Steele was the dossier author. She said she immediately thought the dossier was bogus, possibly disinformation.
Danchenko undercut the narrative that Sergei Millian was a key source for the pee tape claim and others in the dossier. Danchenko told FBI he maybe spoke to Millian on the phone once. But here Steele (through Paul Wood) suggests that Danchenko is lying.
