1. My suggestion on the recalcitrant folks like @SecPompeo is to compile a list of crimes that have committed that have no immunity. Gather the admissible evidence so the @TheJusticeDept free of Barr's K&E fascists can move to grand jury right after Jan 20. Goal should be to
2. have the @POTUS @realDonaldTrump cabinet members who obstructed Congress indicted by mid-February. The people to target would be the ones involved in Russian treason like @RichardGrenell @DHS_Wolf, Pompeo, Barr, DeJoy, @stevenmnuchin1 & DeVoss. Tee up McGahn & Eric Prince.
3. The charges against the Cabinet members should also include Trump political appointees who conspired in the departments. Threaten to add them to the indictments to flip them. If they balk, indict them. Begin amplifying the #BigFascistRoundUp on January 21, 2021. @FBIWFO @WHNSC
4. And start developing a strategy to indict Trump on crimes against humanity including his conspiracy to commit genocide with @RTErdogan of #Christians, #yezidigenocide and #Kurds in Syria. He has no immunity. IMO he takes money from ISIS/Al-Qaeda affiliates in Istanbul.

I woke up today with a plan to read Justice Coney-Barret's opinion on nationwide injunctions. I got about 5 minutes into it and put it down. It was wrong and demonstratively so right out of the gate. It proceeds from a false proposition: That history shows that single
federal courts lack the power to enforce nationwide injunctions against non-parties. That's wrong and I say that after practicing over thirty-years in an area of law with a well-known nationwide injunction that also applies, in circumstances, world-wide.
It's triggered by the filing of a small petition before an Art. 1 federal court with the power referred to it by the Art 3 court and binds all persons immediately. If they act without knowledge of this injunction they'll likely be ordered

Most of the world is making a very big and dangerous mistake about Julani and the HTS regime controlling Syria. He is a Jihadist. An ideologue who has apparently convinced several intelligence services that he will play ball. Perhaps the time he was in Iraq

I have for decades believed Hamas was victimizing Palestinians to advance Iran's and other malign actors' goals of maintaining constant conflict with Israel and the US.
I also believe that the manner in which Netanyahu has conducted the war in Gaza constitutes aggressive war and genocide both chargeable under the UN Genocide Convention. The criminal mishandling of the war in Gaza notwithstanding, Israel has a right to eliminate HTS from Syria.

If Trump abandons our Ukrainian allies and instead takes the side of a monster charged with crimes against humanity he risks being charged. His break with our allies means he can't rely on Rome Statute signatories violating their obligation to honor an ICC warrant if he travels.

The Kremlin continues to push a false narrative about Ukrainian forces remaining in the Kursk region when Ukraine fully withdrew over two weeks ago. It's possible a few reconisance units remain but even that is unlikely. So why the big lie?
My initial thought was Putin was trying to keep the Russian population engaged in his patriotic war to defend the Motherland, but I'm moving away from this propaganda motive to one of greater concern.
