SIMPLE THINGS TO HELP U SLEEP BETTER!!!

1. Have a good bath
2. Put off your phone or silence it
3. Ensure your bed and room is clean and tidy.
4. Ensure good ventilation or maintain a comfortable atmosphere.
5. Do what makes u sleep; music, movie, reading etc.

6. Ensure to sleep & wake up at same time daily

7. Avoid sleeping in on weekends

8. Have atleast 30mins to 1hr sunlight daily

9. Sleep time is not the time to start worrying about things u can't change at dt time

10. Avoid eating late (very important)
