* The unexpected events that happened.
* Your general mood for the day.
* What you ate.
Doing this daily will help you become more self aware.
If you worry about something, it would be vastly exaggerated in your head.
When you start writing down what you’re stressed about 🔰
You’ll start getting insights how to solve the problem.
Think on paper 📝

* What’s bothering me?
* What triggered this disturbance?
* Why is that thing bothering me?
* How can I address this issue?
* Who can advice me on this?
Decision making is a complex process.
There are so many factors to consider.
Writing helps you connect the dots.
Simply write down the pros and cons of each side - it will be much easier to decide afte that.
