Horrific visuals of J&K Police personnel who were attacked with stones by criminal hooligan in Zadibal, Srinagar, Kashmir during Shia mourning procession. Has this been reported & condemned by Kashmiri journalists? Why is the International media silent? Or waiting to twist facts? 
Look at this video from Zadibal, Srinagar in Kashmir very closely. Some hooligan comes and kicks/punches/pushes cops on law & order duty. There is no provocation by either J&K Police or the CRPF as visible. Do you expect cops to garland and shower flowers if you turn violent?
I have always felt that security forces should maintain maximum restraint and not get provoked by violent mob of hooligans in Kashmir. But, beyond a point, if cops are kicked, punched and stones thrown on them, they can’t wait to be lynched to death and have to react immediately.
