I suppose to find an analoge you could look at Brazil. I experienced it in Bogata Columbia. I have seen it in America traveling on Amtrack from NY to DC.
I know we spend immense amounts of $$ on the problem. Sadly most of it doesn’t address
Covid has changed the functional systems and paradigms of much of how our world functions. We are adapting to new realities in virtually every sector.
One reality that we have not figured out how to grapple with is this human one.
Eviction only solves a small part of the problem. Mostly the landlord's problem.
