Fourth, Barr speculated that “logic” allows for the spinning of conspiracies about ballot fraud in the election. “Everyone knows it” was his main argument. This is crap. Even he knows this is crap.

Fifth. Barr continues to dismiss past and ongoing Russian election interference, while elevating China as a threat.
He purposefully conflates Chinese influence in general and direct Russian attacks in the elections. This is manipulation. /7

I worry that this foreshadows efforts by the administration and the Trump campaign to push the narrative that “China is backing Biden” and thus what the Kremlin is doing doesn’t matter. /8

All this constructs narrative that will guide how we view, perceive, & interpret events between now & elex. They influence the media, and they influence individuals. We must understand how such narratives are used to shape and manipulate perceptions /10
