Do we need a covid commission to find out which media used this model to make Alarmist statements? Love it when a model that looks at one aspect only and is then wrong by a massive margin and destroys lives via hunger blames alarmists
I really believe we need to hold the people involved to account for the decisions based on this model caused untold destruction of the country, fear and quite frankly Alarmist reporting as they say themselves.
Can Academics not just say sorry we stuffed it up and did not listen and had family members intimidate people who criticized the model for exactly the Alarmist nature and lack of interdisciplinary aspects in it. This will now defund the universities as we no longer have the money
Yes, when the GDP tanks like it did and continue to do in certain critical sectors while people go hungry it is not an academic excise. It is real life. Thanks to all the academics who will now have changed their minds. Take a knee and a paycut!
