1. Here I am sitting at my desk, wondering how God does it. How does he process all those terabytes of data – all the prayer requests emanating from Planet Earth. There are trillions and trillions of those requests every hour. #Illuminare
2. The world population right now is 7.8 billion. All those people in one way or the other are bombarding God’s network with their requests and the system never collapses. It’s rugged and reliable, never breaks down for one second. If it does millions will die. #Illuminare
3. Okay, some of those people don’t believe in God, but even if we discount them the pressure on God’s network will still be humongous. #Illuminare
4. Think about it, Google receives over 63,000 searches per second. This translates into 3.8 million searches per minute, 228 million searches per hour, 5.6 billion searches per day, 2 trillion searches per year. That’s puny compared to what God deals with. #Illuminare
5. Don’t forget there are heart requests as well. Not all prayers are spoken. God’s crawlers search the hearts. (Jeremiah 17:10) They harvest wishes from the heart. #Illuminare
6. And I want you to note we’re restricting ourselves to prayer requests, we’re not talking about what it takes to run the universe. #Illuminare
7. The storage space required for all those prayer requests has to be mindboggling. Google holds around 10-15 exabytes of data. In effect Google uses around 30 million personal computers as storage. Now imagine what God needs to store prayer requests. #Illuminare
8. Our requests are archived. In Acts 10:31 the angel told Cornelius, “Your prayer has been heard and your alms have been remembered before God.” #Illuminare
9. God is literally light years ahead of the human race in tech. He uses photonic or optical computing. He is light after all. We’re still trying to get into that. Photons have a higher bandwidth than the electrons we use in conventional computing. #Illuminare
10. As I meditated on God’s word, I suddenly realized how the system works. It’s not as if God needs to attend to our individual requests in real time. That will be grossly inefficient. He’s not a receptionist. #Illuminare
11. What he’s done is automate the system. The automation is built on certain keys. This insight finds credence in this passage of scripture: “It shall come to pass that before they call, I will answer, and while they’re still speaking, I will hear.” (Isaiah 65:24) #Illuminare
12. The system is anticipatory and predictive, like the predictive text on your phone. #Illuminare
13. Even before we verbalize our requests the crawlers harvest our prayers from our hearts; as we pray the keys are triggered and a sequence of events ensue culminating in what we call “answered prayer.” #Illuminare
14. The keys are entirely Jesus centric. I can readily list five, there are probably more – the name of Jesus, the record of the scourging of Jesus, the death and the resurrection of Jesus, as well as his blood. The keys are triggered by faith. #Illuminare
15. A sequence deploys, the outcome of which is guaranteed. It’s why Paul prayed that the hearts of the Ephesians be enlightened so they will know the hope – the divine GUARANTY, the CONFIDENT EXPECTATION to which God has called them. Ephesians 1:18-19 AMP. #Illuminare
16. In other words, those outcomes are pre-programmed. God can actually afford to go on vacation. The programming language is Word. It’s a very robust operating system. #Illuminare
17. Let’s look at the keys. Take the name of Jesus. The Word program predicts that at the invocation of the name of Jesus every knee must bow in submission – those in heaven, on earth, and under the earth. Philippians 2:10-11. #Illuminare
18. When you invoke the name of Jesus, power is unleashed to force capitulation by Satan and his minions. In traditional African religion you appease demons. Not so in Christianity. You force capitulation. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. James 4:7. #Illuminare
19. There’s no negotiation with demons in Christianity. Jesus is the name above all names. Philippians 2:9. Hierarchy is built into the function. #Illuminare
20. Look at the scourging key. Apparently, the gruesome experience Jesus had at the hands of those Roman soldiers was programming code. Who’d have thought! Though it must be said Isaiah knew. Isaiah 53. #Illuminare
21. The guys were barbaric. They skinned Jesus alive. Not even Mel Gibson’s movie, The Passion of the Christ could capture the savage, fiendish, sadistic and butcherly cruelty. Turned out Mel toned down the violence for rating purposes. #Illuminare
22. Jesus was one huge bruise from head to toe. Bits of his flesh were splattered all over the floor, along with blood clots and torn pieces of skin. It’s a miracle he made it to the cross. #Illuminare
23. But the Bible says that scourging is in fact the programming key for divine healing. By the stripes of Jesus we’re healed. Isaiah 53:5. #Illuminare
24. That passage may not mean much to you if you have a headache, but if you have cancer the passage becomes mighty critical – especially when medical science has given up on you. #Illuminare
25. It’s what we reenact during communion. The broken bread is the broken body of Jesus. You can use communion to claim your healing. You can take communion privately as an individual. It need not be in church. #Illuminare
26. Believe Jesus was scourged for your diseases – any type of disease including depression. #Illuminare
27. All our diseases were laid on him. The historical reality of the scourging is the proof of our healing. The horror he went through at the hands of those uncouth roughnecks was to program healing for us. #Illuminare
28. His burial and resurrection is also a key. Because Christ lives, we live. John 14:19. #Illuminare
29. Jesus died prematurely that we may not die prematurely. His resurrection is victory over death. Death is God’s enemy. 1 Corinthians 15:26. When Jesus rose from the dead he overcame death and gave us life. #Illuminare
30. But perhaps the most fundamental of the program keys is the blood of Jesus. Blood is spiritual currency. When Jesus shed his blood he purchased salvation for us. More importantly he enacted the New Testament. #Illuminare
31. All our rights are based on the provisions of the New Testament. Death will pass over us when we invoke the blood. We overcome Satan by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony. Revelation 12:11. #Illuminare
32. Faith is the trigger. Believe the word of God, even if it sounds unbelievable. The Bible says what we ordinarily call reality is in fact changeable realism. Any given state can be altered. #Illuminare
33. It doesn’t matter what the doctor says. If you believe God’s word to the contrary that will be your new reality. #Illuminare
34. Reality can be overwritten by the law of faith. The impossible can be made possible. #Illuminare
35. I want you to give your life to Jesus. Please pray this prayer: “Father I come to you in the name of Jesus. I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in my heart that God raised him from the dead. I am saved. Amen.” #Illuminare
