Everyone's talking about #ColorRevolutions.

But what are they exactly?

A color revolution is a technique for stealing elections.

Our State Department has long used color revolutions to manipulate other countries.

Now Democrats are planning to deploy this potent psywar weapon right here at home.

It begins on Election Day.

A crack team of experts in the field of "strategic non-violence" has lined up against Trump, including George Soros, Michael McFaul, Rosa Brooks, Peter Ackerman and many more.

The names tell us all we need to know.

Democrats aim to steal this election, not win it.

Color revolutions use mobs of paid protesters to intimidate the opposition into conceding.

The protesters identify themselves by team colors, flowers, and other symbols, hence the name "color revolution."

These operations generally follow four basic steps, as follows.

Step 1. Release fake polls that put your candidate in the lead.

Step 2. When your opponent wins, accuse him of fraud, using the fake polls to "prove" he didn't have enough votes to win.

Step 3. Flood the streets with paid protesters, demanding the election be reversed.

Step 4. Keep rioting till your opponent steps down.

Color revolutions were developed during the Cold War by U.S. and British psywar specialists.

British studies of "passive resistance" and "non-obedience" began as early as WW1, but accelerated after WW2.

The reason for the acceleration was the breakup of the British Empire.

Mahatma Gandhi overthrew the British Raj in 1947.

Armed revolutions broke out in Malaya (1948) and Kenya (1952), requiring massive deployment of British and Commonwealth troops.

Exhausted by WW2, the British could no longer afford to police their empire.

It was too expensive.

And so the British agreed to liberate certain colonies, but only slowly, one by one, and under certain conditions.

Before granting independence, the British would install local rulers willing to honor past business arrangements.

Those who played ball were rewarded.

Those who made trouble were removed.

Britain thus switched from "direct" to "indirect" rule, from "formal" to "informal" empire.

To maintain the new system, Britain needed quieter, more discreet, methods for removing rebellious vassals.

One such method was "color revolution."

On February 3, 1960, British PM Harold Macmillan spoke before the South African Parliament.

"The wind of change is blowing," he said, and Britain must blow with it, by liberating its African colonies. (see 12:36 - 13:45 minutes on video).

The British insisted that other European powers follow their example.

The Brits did not want to surrender their colonies, only to see rival Europeans move in and take over.

Portugal refused to cooperate.

The Portuguese declared they would fight to the death to hold onto Angola, Mozambique, and their other African possessions.

On April 25, 1974, Portuguese PM Marcelo Caetano was suddenly overthrown in a "soft" military coup.

It became known as the #CarnationRevolution, because demonstrators put carnations in the muzzles of soldier's guns.

The #CarnationRevolution was largely orchestrated by the British secret services.

It is the first example I know of a full-fledged "color revolution."

Today's activists revere Gene Sharp, an American pacifist, as the father of "strategic non-violence."

Sharp wrote the standard "playbook" for color revolution, The Politics of Nonviolent Action (1973).

What the activists don't realize is that Sharp was a psywar operative, with strong ties to both U.S. and British intelligence.

Sharp spent 30 years at the Center for International Affairs, nicknamed the “CIA at Harvard,”

More importantly, Sharp spent 10 years in England (1955 to 1965), working with the British peace movement and earning a Ph.D. from Oxford.

Sharp's iconic work, The Politics of Nonviolent Action, was, in fact, his Oxford doctoral thesis.

In 1967, Australian psychologist Fred Emery, then director of the #TavistockInstitute in London, predicted that "swarming adolescents" would soon be harnessed as a political weapon, capable of toppling govts by the 1990s.

He was right.

In 1989, a wave of non-violent uprisings swept the Soviet Bloc, toppling Communist regimes.

The Czech uprising was nicknamed the "Velvet Revolution," a term now often used interchangeably with "color revolution."

The "velvet revolutions" of 1989 were largely orchestrated by Western governments, working through front groups.

Some of these front groups were sponsored by #GeorgeSoros.

Born in Hungary, Soros lived in England from age 17-27 (1947 to 1956).

After graduating from the London School of Economics, Soros worked in the City of London, where he ingratiated himself with certain high-level British financiers.

Soros moved to New York in 1956.

With the help of his British mentors, he quickly became a billionaire on Wall Street.

Soros has written that he came to America only to make money.

He always planned on returning to England.

"I did not particularly care for the United States," Soros told a biographer. "I had acquired some basic British prejudices.

For whatever reason, Soros stayed on, becoming a U.S. citizen in 1961.

Soros's Open Society Foundations have long cooperated with Western governments, to "spread democracy" via color revolution.

In this work, Soros is helped by a network of U.S., British and other international NGOs.

Soros has publicly boasted of orchestrating color revolutions in Slovakia (1998), Croatia (1999), Yugoslavia (2000), and Georgia (2003).

He also took part in Ukraine's 2004 Orange Revolution.

In 2003, Soros unexpectedly announced that the United States would be his next target.

"America... is a danger to the world," he said.

Soros declared that ousting Bush was now, "the central focus of my life... a matter of life and death."

“I believe deeply in the values of an open society," Soros said in 2003. "For the past 15 years I have focused my energies on fighting for these values abroad. Now I am doing it in the United States.”

Seventeen years ago, when Soros spoke these words, few Americans understood what they meant.

Most had never heard of color revolutions.

in 2010, Glenn Beck was the first TV talk host to warn Americans about Soros and his color revolutions.

Fox News cancelled his show soon after.

But it's not 2010 anymore.

Americans are waking up.

This is not Ukraine.

And @realDonaldTrump is not Yanukovych.

Bring it on, Mr. Soros. We're ready now.
