TLDR:

a) Minimum gas fee will be increased from 1 gwei to 30 gwei at 8PM PST Jan 13th / 4AM UTC Jan 14th.
b) Rate Limits will be fine tuned. Limits will be tightened on the doEVMcall method as we're seeing an excessively high request count. Fine tuning will increase overall node performance.
c) Sync status checks have been monitored for numerous days without observed issued. This will be considered closed/resolved but we'll keep an eye on performance.
