The BUHARI EMPIRE!!

1. I am damn sure Buhari is aware the West is fiercely opposed to the very idea of a 3rd, & Nigerians won’t support the idea either. But being the strong dictator he is, he sought to gain control of ‘free speech’ & the senate,

2. and end the chaos of legislative civil war with the 8th senate.

He cleverly gave back his extraordinary powers to the Lawan 9th senate, an obvious deception to prove he has complete respect towards democratic institutions & of his “cryptic love” for the sacrosanct ‘Libertas.’

3. The bet was won, the 9th senate now singing Buhari’s name the ‘savior’, like the man Nigerians revered prior to 2015, they beg him to keep on serving the Federal republic of Nigeria & they could even offer him a ‘3rd term Imperial.’

4. It is as if the ‘rubber stamp’ Lawan senate bestowed the title of ‘Augustus’ meaning “the one whose word is sacred” on Buhari.

It is more than a simple name, from then on, Buhari embodies the ‘Auctoritas’ - the ‘moral authority’ which makes of him a greater human being.

5. He became the guardian of the ‘Imperium’ - meaning the first among the citizens, the ‘Princeps.’

To the rapturous applause of the 9th senate, “IMPERATOR BUHARI DIVI FILIUS AUGUSTUS” has become the undisputed master of Nigeria at the senate’s request.

6. In what became a mimic of modern democracy, every institution is retained, people keep on voting, the senate continues to gather, the federal government remains in power, the magistratures (Supreme court) now under Buhari’s authority are all carefully maintained!

7. And that is how the democracy of the “Federal Republic of Nigeria” died out without any official proclamation & has handed over ‘Supreme power’ to Emperor Buhari.

Buhari has managed an amazing fit, even though he cloaked himself in the robe of a “repentant dictator shield,”

8. he succeeded in depriving the “federal republic of Nigeria” its substance.

He is remembered for many things: a tyrant & a former usurper. Buhari risked his future on the throne during his sojourn in the UK. But he did not leave anything to chance.

9. His 5-year-old reign began with promises, it also witnessed the first recession, blood bathe & corruption boom. The eternal capital city Abuja, has been largely without electricity.

Deprived of its sparkle & substance, it is now enriched with bad roads, insecurity & filth.

10. Buhari inherited a burgeoning economy & turned it into ruins. He closed the borders of Nigeria, in his new conquests against Southern trade routes.

He subjected Nigerians to his iron discipline & whipped them with his weapons of economic hardship, censorship & insurgency.

11. Buhari has won great victories against Nigerians but also encountered a few defeats like the (#RevolutionNow Campaigns, RUGA, Hate Speech Bill & soon to be jettisoned Water Resources Bill).

After the beginning of his reign which was tainted with a recession & no cabinet,

12. Buhari gave a new image of himself - the portrait of a ‘purposeless, indecisive, & aloof emperor.’ His motto - “Festina lente” translates into “make haste slowly” reveals his true nature ~ “BABA GO SLOW!!”

13. But he was clever enough to surround himself with ferrocuous operators, like the late Abba Kyari & his General, Tukur Buratai

How about the attack dogs, devotees Femi Adesina, Lai Mo & Garba Shehu? The trio devoted big amounts of energies in the promotion of ‘war in letters’

14. Despite the deep perversion of Nigeria by the notion of a possible 3rd term, Buhari’s cabal, & his North’s men are gradually succeeding in imposing the idea of a successor El-Rufai, but only in their dreams.

15. Buhari truly thinks of his empire ‘eternal,’ in fact, he thinks he is only just beginning his reign! Now at the peak of his reign, his territory has stretched into many frontiers, most notably is the impoverishing of over 150 million Nigerians.

16. Nigerians will do nothing, there will be no fuel or electricity hike protests, no burn fires. Nigerians will simply live in peace under great fear, in what could be described as the ‘Nigerian Romana’ literally ‘Nigerian peace.’

17. Now overcome by force of corruption, undermined by bribery, budget deficit & conflicts of succession, the empire is tautening.

18. Buhari has never been educated as we understand him nowadays. He contented himself with a contentious WAEC Certificate.

19. Controlling every key position, Buhari is gathering all the powers.

It is as if in our present day democracies, only one man can be president for life, could appoint the Chief Justice, the Central Bank Governor, the Service Chiefs, & even indirectly appoints Senate leaders.

20. A clever man, Buhari has succeeded in offering Nigerians astronomical increase in electricity & petrol price, a faux sense of food & human security, also stability as he understands it, in exchange for ‘Supreme Power.’

21. Buhari’s great gift is using every tool at his disposal to consolidate his powers. Poor political action but also plot & manipulation of public opinion, he has even often shown himself implacable, cruel & merciless.

22. However, after he came to power in 2019, he has constantly sort peace by all possible means.

He hasn’t simply seized power for his own use but he also strove for the cabal & his family’s greatness. Adopting the utmost strictness and a deceptive austere way of life,

23. Buhari gave Nigerians a common future, “a tremendous economic gloom, an insecure empire stretching beyond the Lake Chad fringes.”

He gave Nigerians, a thousand year-old empire, the “Afghanistan-Socialist Empire!!”
