As CBC panelists have pointed out, Vickers' time as Liberal leader may be quite short.

While the PCs have increased both their vote share and seat count, tonight's results clearly show that they have not increased their support in Francophone communities who fear assimilation.

Right now, we wonder how serious Higgs is about French language rights.

@CBCNB is now projecting a PC majority.

Incumbent Michelle Conroy looks to have defeated Liberal Leader Kevin Vickers in Miramichi. CBC is reluctant to call this because it is unclear how many ballots remain uncounted.

If he does lose, Vickers would remain the only major party leader without a seat in the Legislature.

Claims he'll continue to put province over politics.

Yet he called this unnecessary election.

What about LGBTQ New Brunswickers, especially trans New Brunswickers?

What about New Brunswickers who need abortions outside of Moncton and Bathurst?

So many New Brunswickers are left behind by a premier who refuses to listen.
