Growing increasingly irate, @NBCNews political director Chuck Todd (who claims to be a non-biased "referee") yells at Sen. Barrasso (R-WY) for pointing out precedent and for doing what Democrats would undoubtedly do if they had both the WH and Senate: fill the vacant SCOTUS seat.
When Senator Barrasso again mentioned the Biden Rule, Todd screamed at his guest: "What are you-- there is no Biden Rule!"
Refusing to apply the same standard to Dems who were against filling SCOTUS seats in election years before they were for it and before they were against it again, Todd called Barrasso a hypocrite: "Whatever you're saying today will change depending on the politics at the moment?"
Claiming he understood what average Americans thought, Todd (who rented a house to Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN)) denounced Senate Republicans as hypocrites with "caveats." Still no mention of the Democrats' flip-flop-flip on filling SCOTUS vacancies in elections years.
In between outbrusts at Sen. Barrasso, Todd would sit there and make faces at him. Here's a sampling:

"It's so depressing....I think he's going to drop out."
Joy Behar is disheartened by top Democratic Party leaders telling Biden to get out of race.
"The COVID in a way is like a good way for him to get out because he needs this time to show how strong he is and he's sick..."
Sunny Hostin doesn't like the behind-the-scenes meetings urging Biden to get out are being leaked to the media.
"It's his decision to make. It seems to me that these...meetings are being leaked to force his hand."
But Biden still has her vote because Kamala is his VP.
Pretend independent Sara Haines actually appreciates Dems leaking their meetings with Biden: "Democrats would not make it public if they didn't need that pressure campaign to help with their decision."
Adding: "Everyone needs to take the keys from grandpa one day."
CBS White House correspondent Weijia Jiang omits Biden's mixup of Mexico and Egypt as she touted his "sharpest criticism yet of Israel."
ABC White House correspondent Mary Bruce downplays Biden's Mexico/Egypt mix-up.
"The president mistakenly referred to the president of Egypt as the president of Mexico. He did later get it right," she said in his defense.
CBS's Ed O'Keefe defends Biden's failing memory in front of the cameras, touts how Biden "leaned into" the description of him as a "sympathetic elderly man." And for the Mexico/Egypt blunder, he argues the question was "about the southern border of Gaza" and it's a common mixup.
Despite Hamas beheading a hostage recently, ABC's Mary Bruce repeatedly questions if Israel is abiding by the rules of war:
"Does the president feel that Israel is abiding by the rules of war?... Is the President concerned that Israel is going to break the rules of war...?"
An apparent foreign reporter regurgitates Hamas propaganda numbers about civilian deaths, claiming more kids have been killed in Gaza in 3 weeks than in "the whole world conflict since 2019."
NBC's Gabe Gutierrez wonders if the administration is concerned that the "pro-Palestinian" gatherings will inevitably turn violent: "How concerned is the White House that these demonstrations will spiral out of control?"
He also notes that Hamas is holding up relief actions.
Alyssa Farah Griffin points to Hamas as the reason Gaza has inadequate infrastructure: "Palestine receives billions of dollars of foreign aid...Hamas uses that for its terrorist efforts."
She also calls out Hamas leadership for "living large in Qatar" and telling others to die.
"Hamas doesn't care about Israeli children or Palestinian children," Ana Navarro says.
She quotes Golda Meir that if Hamas put down their weapons, then there'd be peace, but if Israel put down theirs then there would be no more Israel.
Sara Haines puts the terrible living conditions in Gaza on Hamas because they're "diverting" aid to "build rockets and weapons."
She adds that Hamas tells people to defy Israeli warnings to leave "to up the body count."
She calls out the Arab countries not taking Palestinians.
The View scoffs at NYC Mayor Eric Adams' warning about the illegal immigration crisis harming the city.
Joy Behar says he's just being "dramatic" and Ana Navarro says he "has a flair for drama."
Joy also huffs about the right poking fun at NYC being a sanctuary city.
Racist Sunny Hostin decries Adams and his concerns about the illegals swarming New York City (where she does not live). "I thought this country with its big Statue of Liberty...is supposed to be the country that accepts people..."
She also dismisses his request for more money.
Sara Haines blames the federal government for not fixing the immigration system for decades. But she doesn't mention that NYC brought this on itself by making it a sanctuary city.
The View defends President Biden ignoring his 7th grandchild.
"It's not [Joe's] baby." -Whoopie
"It's very hard for Joe Biden to be a grandfather to the child if his son is not being a father." - Navarro
Navarro whines that "the right-wing ... has decided to weaponize Hunter..."
Alyssa Farah Griffin hates that Joe says he only has 6 grandkids:
"I know that someday she will be old enough to read and hear the speeches where he says 'my six grandchildren' and just leaves out that there's a seventh."
Sunny Hostin says she's "split on this" because the child didn't "ask to be brought into the world" but her mother is trying to "wedge herself into the [Biden] family" after Hunter got high and had a "one-night stand" with her.
She argues Joe is just following Hunter's lead.
