People keep wanting to drag us back into their partisan leftist political projects, and that’s just not going to happen, for some several reasons.
Chiefly, we’re a tax-deductible charity, and we can’t say anything about whether or not people running for office had ought to be elected, because it’s against the law.
This is a sensible rule that prevents the government from subsidizing political contributions with tax deductions. It would be good if people would stop asking us to break this law, then getting mad when we won’t.
Please stop asking us to break the law. If there weren’t enough other indicators of why the advice of certain people isn’t worth the cost of a Twitter account, the fact that they keep asking us to do this should be a big, red flag to others.
Our work to date hasn’t been about saying who should be in office, neither who should be elected, which we can’t discuss, nor who should be appointed, which we haven’t previously said anything about.
We are a very small organization, and, though growing at present, we’ve gotten the best use of our resources from asking people who are in office, or positions of authority, whomever they happen to be, to consider our arguments.
Maybe we’ll do a few things differently later on down the road, though still within the law, of course, but right now we’re focusing on the issues where we provide the least-duplicated advocacy.
We’ve also been asked, in a ‘when did you stop kicking your dog’ sort of way, if we denounce white supremacy or the Proud Boys. We’ve never supported either, and the insinuation that we do is degrading to everyone.
Yes, people who want a white ethnostate, want to bring back lynching, minimize the horrors of slavery, or are in favor of ethnic cleansing, believe terrible things that we want no part of. We don’t work with anyone like that, and suspect they are fortunately thin on the ground.
We’re not here to do performative callouts for the entertainment of people who refuse to prioritize women’s rights in their politics, and whose analysis seems to have culminated in an everyone-I-don’t-like-is-Hitler stance. The point of Godwin’s law has really missed some of you.

The largest swing over the past three years was on the topic of homeless and domestic violence shelters, with 51.6% of CA voters in strong support of single-sex shelters, up from 32.8% in 2020. Strong support for letting men into women’s shelters dropped drastically.
A whistleblower shared with Sasha Stone at @AwardsDaily that the controversial decision won a 26 to 27 vote in favor of removing award categories for women. The next voting meeting to finalize the decision will be held on December 11, 2022.

"The district court held that the First Amendment protected the Pageant’s expressive association rights to exclude a person who would impact the group’s ability to express its views—"

"...The panel agreed that summary judgment for the Pageant was correct, but reached this conclusion not under the First Amendment’s protection of freedom of association but rather under the First Amendment’s protection against compelled speech."

Since 1972, Congress has interpreted "sex" under #TitleIX as allowing differential treatment based on sex in some settings, including single-sex athletics, toilets, locker rooms, & showers. These exist to ensure women have safe, equal access to educ. opportunities. #SexNotGender
This week, ACLU filed a Motion to Intervene in WoLF’s California lawsuit challenging SB 132, which allows men who self-identify as women into women-only prisons: womensliberationfront.org/news/aclu-move… 1/6

2/9 Dr. Devin Buckley, a feminist philosopher and WoLF board member, was scheduled to speak at Harvard University on her cutting-edge work on British Romanticism and philosophy.
