With Trump and the Senate crippled by coronavirus, I can’t help but think back to this day, Jan. 24, when top CDC, NIH and State Dept officials held emergency briefing for all senators on the threat of coronavirus

Hindsight is 20/20 but there were lots of warning signs that day
CDC/NIH officials shared a lot of information about COVID-19 with senators that proved to be pretty spot on
GOP senators, inc @SenRickScott and @HawleyMO, emerged from that Jan. 24 Covid briefing warning that US should not trust what China was saying about the virus, but ...
The same day as that all-Senate briefing on the threat from Covid, Trump was praising China’s handling of the coronavirus on Twitter.

She says she was tested again today but no results back yet Image

TODAY: Casket of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg will make its way across the street from Supreme Court to US Capitol at 9:30 a.m. Official arrival ceremony takes place at 10.

RBG will make history, once again, as the 1st woman to lie in state in the Capitol.
The Bidens, Kamala Harris and other lawmakers and dignitaries will pay their respects to RBG in Statuary Hall, the old House chamber.

At 12:30 p.m., Pelosi and bipartisan House/Senate female lawmakers will participate in a departure ceremony on the East Center Steps
