I had a similar experience. I received my ballot, filled it out that evening, and turned it in the following day. There were already people there with their ballots (this is a small town.) Everyone was energized.

Barr and the DOJ have no control over local elections. Ignore the static.
They will launch lawsuits. Let them. The courts are not going to step in and overturn an election, particularly with the margins we're looking at.
