The right to ownership & control of natural resources under the Nigerian law is constitutional. The Constitution of Nigeria 1999 (as amended) section 44 (3) & item 39 Schedule II of the Exclusive Legislative List vests the control & management of the
natural resources & hydrocarbon operations on the federal government 'FOR THE COMMON GOOD & BENEFIT OF IT'S CITIZENS.
Natural resources are raw materials that come from the Earth. They occur naturally, which means that humans cannot make natural resources. Instead,
we use & modify them in ways that are beneficial to us.
If natural resources come from living things or organic materials, then they are considered biotic resources. Biotic resources include plants, animals, & fossil fuels.
The three fossil fuels are coal, oil, & natural gas.
On the other hand, abiotic resources originate from nonliving & inorganic materials. For example, air, sunlight, & water are abiotic natural resources. Minerals (gold, copper, iron, diamonds) are also considered abiotic.
“Already, we have an offer of N5b from some partners to be supplying them with gold bars over a period of time,” - Matawalle.
There used to be a time when legal minds would come together & task a rogue govts by taking them to court. Right now Nigeria is a sham & a scam

Official statistics & data on gold in Nigeria are typically not "readily available". No one wants you to know. It was once claimed that the Gold in Birnin Gwari, Kaduna State, was more than all they had in South Africa. That claim was made by none other than El Rufai himself.
Well, Birnin Gwari is amongst the most troubled spots in Kaduna today. I have just gathered that bandits are rampant in that area towards the airport. Other parts of Southern Kaduna with resources are in a similar situation. Any wonder it is "hard to find peace" there?
With moves such as this @SKefason post, & the allegations such as this, "Galadima Maiwada, the Agom Adara, died for resisting attempts by el-Rufai, Governor of Kaduna, to restructure Kajuru under the Adara Traditional Council to the Kajuru Emirate".
The area today is beleaguered and their Chiefdom has not been restored. Meanwhile, it came out in the news about a bill presented by the Governor to seal the Emirate. It doesn't take a genius to conclude the sinister moves. saharareporters.com/2019/05/06/exc…

Connectivity is one of the main pillars that are defining life in the 21st century. People easily claim that the world has become a global village. So why are people burning 5 G towers even in developed countries, how much less developing ones?
People complain when their bus is minutes late, when their virtual meeting or video download buffers etc, Yet cannot seem to understand the push for 5G. Well bad news for you, some are already talking 6G. Guess who has turned 6G on? telecoms.com/503142/consens…
Could it be that the name is the problem? “5G”, stands for “fifth generation of mobile telecommunications technology,”.
1G (analog cellular)
2G (digital cellular)
3G (data-driven comms)
4G (Long term evolution LTE)
1/. Lilia; not her real name of course. She grew up in a house where they were in the spotlight. Her dad was a very talented musician and very loved around the country. In fact, you could describe him as an African music icon.
2/. With this rather coloured background, she was still the first member of her family to earn a Master’s; she did so in Public Administration. Her background, personal experience, & education will hold her in good stead as it created the foundation on which this story is based.
3/. Her early adult life was rosy, meeting the man of her dreams & spending many years together. When she lost her dad, a couple of years after her mom passed away, it saw her world come tumbling down like a bad plane crash. Tanimu was getting married but it wasn’t to her.
