Anoka County. Sounds like it's a carjacked vehicle, Toyota Venza.
Started in Anoka, now up in Nowthen, requesting air support.

Two vehicles were originally involved, one crashed and a female was apprehended after trying to flee.

South on Tiger from 201st.
Now on Viking near Twin Lake,

Two squads hit, ramming squads.

Sounds like it ended here on Juniper.

"Everyone is in custody"
It sounded like there was a female in the fleeing car, and another vehicle involved crashed in the beginning where a female was apprehended.

Sounds like they originally dumped a stolen vehicle in Ramsey where they carjacked another vehicle.
Carjacking possibly occurred near Hwy 10 and Sunfish.

Sounds like some uninvolved vehicles hit the remnants of the stop sticks and got flat tires on Hwy 47
