/ So delighted to learn that Harry & Meghan have prevailed in their invasion of privacy suit against a paparazzi agency that unlawfully took pictures of their son Archie, within the compound of their temporary residence(via Tyler Perry)in Beverly Hills.
/Their attorney’s subpoena lead to the revelation of X17, as the offending agency. As part of the settlement, they have agreed to turn over the photos to the Sussexes, destroy any copies in their archives/ databases and no longer traffic in such images of the couple/ their son.
/ In addition, they have issued an apology to the Sussexes and will pay a portion of their legal fees. The Sussexes’ attorney said, “ All families have a right, protected by law, to feel safe and secure at home”.
/Hopefully this sends a clear message to elements who are determined to deny the Sussexes their right to privacy. Their media partners conveniently forget what privacy means, and try to justify their brazen attempts to overstep boundaries. WHAT PEOPLE SHARE SHOULD BE UP TO THEM
/ All the details can be found in this article, as reported by the NewYork Times
