When Chinese virus enters the lungs, i felt like a layer of film coating the lungs , this didn't allow the lungs to absorb oxygen. I tried to break this by deep breathing and expanding the lungs to its maximum capacity.
Then filling the lungs to 80% captivity and holding breath

Initially i couldn't do deep breathing leave alone holding breath , had continuous coughing , but kept on doing it, each time my lung capacity increased , now iam able to hold breath for 90 seconds, iam sure i can push it further
The virus makes the lungs rigid , dont give in , kill it by deep breathing and holding breath.
Even before being infected by Chinese Virus i was not as healthy as i am feeling today.
