Prime Minister Netanyahu, at the start of the Cabinet meeting:
"Six months ago, I promised to bring the remnant of the Jewish community in Ethiopia. Today, I am submitting for Cabinet approval the bringing to Israel of 2,000 of our people, our brothers and sisters from Ethiopia.
We will also act to bring all of the rest, as I instructed in the Cabinet decision that we will approve today.

In recent years, we have brought about the aliyah of many thousands of our people in Ethiopia and we will continue to do so.
At the same time, we have invested vast budgets of tens of millions on the absorption and integration of the immigrants, and in advancing and strengthening the community in various fields, and we will also continue to do this.
PM Netanyahu: "A few days ago, I spoke with another friend of mine, the Prime Minister of Ethiopia @AbiyAhmedAli. He said that he will give all assistance to the important action that we are now doing.
Ethiopia is open to this action and the diplomatic cooperation between us is – of course – facilitating the aliyah of the remaining Ethiopian Jews without hindrance.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, on the passing of the late Eitan Haber:
"I regret the passing of the late Eitan Haber, who was among the pillars of Israeli journalism for decades.
Haber won a name for himself as a thorough and credible man of letters. The security of Israel topped his concerns and he wrote about it in clear, original and fascinating language. His many books, which enrich the shelf of military literature, are of historical value.
Eitan Haber assisted several leaders of the state, especially the late Yitzhak Rabin. We will never forget his emotional and dramatic announcement about the shocking murder.

PM Netanyahu: "It would be a pleasure to host all of you in Jerusalem on any day, but it's a special pleasure to do so today, because tomorrow you will be on the first-ever Israeli commercial flight to the UAE, together with a high-level Israeli delegation.
We're all thrilled by the pace, the swift pace of normalization between Israel and the UAE. Yesterday, the Emirates officially abolished the anachronistic boycott of the Jewish state.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's statement on the American decision to trigger snapback sanctions against Iran:
"I commend the United States for its decision to trigger snapback sanctions against Iran. This is the right decision."
PM Netanyahu: "Just as in 2018, the United States made the right decision when it withdrew from the dangerous nuclear deal with Iran. That deal should never have been made. It didn't block Iran's path to the bomb, it paved its path to the bomb.
Alone among world leaders, I publicly spoke out against that deal. But across the Middle East, many, many leaders agreed with me.
