In 2019, we reached & provided more people who developed tuberculosis with quality care but there are still those who were left behind. According to 🆕 WHO report,

About 1⃣4⃣ million people were treated for tuberculosis between 2018 and 2019, just over 1/3 of the way towards the 5-year target (2018-2022) of 40 million.

In 2020, TB funding reached US$ 6⃣.5⃣ billion, which is only half of the $13 billion target agreed by world leaders in the UN Political Declaration on TB.
