Most companies will not have resources in-house to write & administer a written program.
They’ll need to hire someone ($50-100k per year) or hire a consultant.
I’m just giving you the facts!
So... they don’t just have to supply the masks; they have to supply masks THAT WORK!
The lace undies you used to retrofit as a mask won’t work! 🤣
They also have to send you in for a physical evaluation - many of you won’t pass it!
Then they need to fit-test you with the...
... mask to ensure that it works!
These. Are. Requirements.
OSHA can literally go door-to-door in some locations and hand out fines!
*IF* your employer requires it, they *shall* follow the regulations!
End of Story!
What does that mean for those of you that won’t pass the medical evaluation?
Are they going to fire you? Pay you to not come in to work?
The reality is that the mandate is complete NONSENSE - all of these businesses will be forced to recognize that!
A lot of businesses are doing it bc of a City/County Executive, someone who has NO CLUE about this stuff, has required it!
Every business needs to turn to them and ask them:
• How am I supposed to comply?
• Is your City/County in compliance?
In most cases, they aren’t!!!!
... the City/County hasn’t sent all of their employees to a Dr. for a RPP Medical Evaluation!
They (themselves) aren’t fit-testing with all of these cloth masks!!! 😂
They are mandating things that they (themselves) are out of compliance on... and WILL NOT chose to do once...
... they acknowledge the burden of compliance!
Is a major city/county really going to send 10’s of thousands of employees to a Dr for physical examination?
What will the City/County do when a Doctor won’t sign off on the physical due to health risks?
There is *only* one logical pathway...
They can SUGGEST wearing mask, ie make them optional, & supply the stupid cloth masks... and pay to train all of the employees on content that shows those masks ARE NOT EFFECTIVE...
Or
We can go back to normal!
If logic prevails, they will do this:
• They won’t mandate
• They won’t even suggest or advise for use
They will come out with a policy stating something in the realm of:
“Wear them if you want; we will support you if you PERSONALLY ELECT to wear them.”
Anything more that the general ballpark of the statement (above) and that employer might fall under OSHA RPP regs, which they are out of compliance of... and surely will not want to go through for the freaking FLU!

They are *knowingly* allowing workplaces to put their employees at risk; they KNOW that 95% of workplaces are out of compliance and have NO CHANCE to comply!
OSHA is not protecting workers!
If OSHA cared about their freaking mission, they would turn to every city/county with a mandate and force them to HALT a mandate that is going to put employees at risk & businesses out of regulatory compliance!!!
